  • How To Become A Pilot After Class 12th In India

Becoming a pilot in India offers a thrilling and rewarding career path. It combines technical knowledge, physical and mental fitness, and a true passion for flying. Whether you dream of flying commercial planes, private jets, or even serving the nation through defense aviation, the path to becoming a pilot is both structured and rewarding. Here are the essential steps – from eligibility and training to licenses and career options – to help you start your journey in aviation.

Who Can Become a Pilot in India?

The minimum age to begin pilot training in India is 17 years. You must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics and Mathematics as core subjects. Apart from education, your physical health is equally important. You must obtain a Class 2 medical certificate issued by a DGCA-approved medical examiner to ensure you are medically fit to undergo flight training. Later, you will need a Class 1 medical certificate to get your Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and work in airlines.

What Are the Different Types of Pilots?

In India, aspiring pilots can choose between two main paths:

    Civil Aviation

A civil aviation pilot flies for commercial airlines, cargo companies, private jets, or charter flights. To enter this field, you need to undergo flight training and obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

    Defence Aviation

On the other hand, a defense pilot serves in the Indian Air Force. These pilots are selected through competitive exams and undergo rigorous training to fly fighter or transport aircraft as part of national defense services.

  • Bad Diesel? 19 Cars In Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister’s Convoy Break Down

    Bhopal:

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav’s convoy ran into trouble on Thursday after all 19 vehicles broke down one after the other, leaving the road looking more like a scrapyard than a VIP route.

The SUVs in the convoy were on its way to Ratlam, where Mr Yadav is scheduled to attend an event on Friday, when it began jerking and stalling one after another, forcing drivers to push them off road.

As authorities scrambled to arrange for a replacement fleet, they also assessed the possibility of a possible diesel adulteration at a local pump where all the vehicles had stopped for refuelling.

“The issue began with one or two vehicles, but soon all of them came to a halt,” said Shubham Verma, a driver from the convoy. “We had filled over 350 litres of diesel from a local petrol pump. When we confronted the staff, they denied any possibility of contamination. But a local resident showed us a bottle filled from the same pump – it had visible layers of diesel and water.”

The Food and Civil Supplies Department collected samples and confirmed the presence of water in the diesel supplied by the station. We are investigating the matter. We cannot specify the exact quantity of water at this stage, but we are checking the stock and will submit a detailed report to the Ratlam Collector,” Food Department officer Anand Gole said.

He added that the petrol pump is being sealed for now.

  • Video Showing “World’s Thinnest Car” Leaves Internet Amazed

The internet is filled with endless bizarre content from across the world. Be it innovative cooking hacks, adorable animal videos or unusual wedding invitations, they keep us hooked to our screens all day long. Now, a video showing an unconventional car has caught the internet’s attention, leaving many amused and intrigued. The clip, shared on Instagram, shows an Italian “inventor” riding a modified Fiat Panda that he transformed into what is being dubbed the world’s skinniest and thinnest car.

In the clip, shared on Instagram by user dicirelu, the man is seen effortlessly driving the ultra-slim car. The vehicle is so narrow that it can fit only one person. The car has four wheels, but the distance between them is extremely tight. The clip has gone viral on social media, sparking a wave of reactions. While some users were impressed by the quirky invention, others cracked jokes.

“My current budget,” jokingly wrote one user. “I wanna see him take a curve at high speeds like those motorcycles races,” said another.

“Math question: What is the perimeter of John’s car? Answer: 20 cm length, 4 cm width,” wrote a third user. In the comments, many people were impressed with this device. Although the vlogger claimed (in his caption) that this machine is only in Thailand, others corrected him and said that it can be found in other countries too. Here’s how some social media users reacted to the viral video:

    “Omg that’s my dream machine!!!”

“Nah, I want one for home. This is amazing.”

    “Awesome. I need it here.”

“Now anything can be slushy, and it tastes better over there.”

  • Top 5 Everyday Foods That Are Better For Blood Sugar When Eaten Cold

Managing diabetes is not just about avoiding sugar or reading nutrition labels like a hawk. It is also about being smart with how you cook and consume your food. In fact, what happens to your food after cooking could significantly impact your blood sugar levels. We are talking about cooling simple, everyday foods before eating them. While it might sound like a hack for lazy leftovers, cooling some cooked foods can actually be a smart dietary move for diabetics. If you are someone trying to manage diabetes more effectively, this article could change the way you approach your plate. Here is what nutrition experts suggest.Legumes such as rajma and chhole should be cooled in the refrigerator after cooking. According to the expert, “Cooling these legumes will increase the amylose content and resistant starch.” This helps keep post-meal blood sugar levels steadier. No wonder hummus with carrot sticks is often recommended as a healthy snack for diabetics.

    2. Cooked Carrots

Cooked carrots should be cooled before consumption. The expert explains that cooling carrots enhances carotenoid bioavailability and gives them fibre-like effects. For diabetics, this not only improves nutrient absorption but also supports overall health.

    3. Steamed Cabbage

Cooling cabbage after steaming improves its benefits for diabetics. “Cooled cabbage has better stability of glucosinolates, which helps in liver detox and your gut health,” says Panchal. A quick tip: serve it as a chilled salad on the side.

    4. Cooked Green Peas

Green peas, when cooked and then cooled, undergo starch retrogradation. This process increases their fibre and protein content. The result? More stable blood sugar levels and longer-lasting satiety.
